Everything was simply well-maintained. Had a great stay for all the activities. Most staff were kind, decent rooms. The location was cool, within easy walking distance of Mercado de Santiago.

I had a very comfortable experience overall. Glorious view, a spacious balcony, perfect bed, too. The staff was always available and really took care of me. Breakfast was amazing and good hot; included toast, cereals, fruit and scrambled eggs.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The hotel of choice in Merida. No words to describe how I loved location and rooms. Breakfast with fruits, pancakes, 2 carbs.

Every detail was pleasant from the beginning, including atmosphere and food, I appreciated it. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. Fantastic stay in a reasonably good hotel.

Everything was very clean, perfect location very close to the Centro, the staff were top-class.

Friendly check in & easy check out, picturesque location. In the morning I had fresh coffee, tea and hardboiled eggs. Compact & non-smoking unit with a nice big comfy bed, fresh towels, private bathroom. The music bar was fantastic and the drinks were excellent.

It's peaceful place to stay 1 km away from Paseo Montejo.

We liked the location and staff, all the provided essentials. The rooms with private bathroom, ac, fresh towels. The pool area served plenty of meals for breakfast.

nice safe, fairly clean hotel in vibrant area. huge and reasonably clean room, with a reasonably spacious bathroom. services were welcoming too. need to be mentioned that free wi-fi worked throughout the property. very central location, not too far from main square.

It was REALLY COMFORTABLE time in Merida. The reason we enjoyed it was superb rooms and staff. The gardens were beautiful here.

Impeccably clean, good food and attractive staff. The hotel is in a secure position and the airport is 0.5 km away. Enjoyed very early check-in and late check-out. Perfect base for one night, recommended.
